Purpose

The purpose of writing and distributing the Declaration of Cosmic Cooperation  is to find more ways to express our basic human intention for peace.The DCC says that We the People will no longer wait for governments to take the initiative, but declare now our intention to have direct peaceful relations with Off Planet Cultures. We recognize that many people are already having such peaceful, and sometimes not so peaceful, relations with OPCs. This is the time in our history when we can all become fully aware of the OPC presence, and have a voice in how humanity reacts to our neighbors in the cosmos.

We hope to help create an awareness globally of the need to call for disclosure of covert projects and to establish a basis for international agreements dealing with Off Planet Cultures. There is presently no international treaty that establishes a protocol in these matters. We encourage presentation of the DCC, or some other such statement of intent, at the UN, to urge governments to discuss and formulate plans for peaceful relations with OPCs and an end to secrecy. A member country will need to introduce the DCC as a resolution in the General Assembly. In lieu of that, it will be given to each member country for consideration and possible endorsement.

Our experience, and our conversations with numerous experiencers and witnesses, lead us to believe that many of the OPCs are peaceful and have benevolent intentions toward humanity. Although there are undoubtedly cultures whose intentions toward humans are not peaceful, the prevalence of disinformation and incomplete information on the topic today obstructs genuine learning and understanding.  In view of this, we believe that this is the time for We  the People simply to state to the Cosmos that we desire peaceful relations with peaceful OPCs. There is the possibility that the call of the DCC might be answered by cultures of ill intent. Nevertheless, the intention of peace must be stated.

You can help this effort --

-- by sending the DCC to others,

--telling people about it and about the purpose of expressing this intent,

--writing and distributing your own intention,

--telling about the need for Congressional oversight of covert programs,

 and the need for full disclosure of these covert programs.

And  you can help with your prayers and meditations and thoughts for peace throughout the Cosmos, which includes the inner peace of each being.

Don't send money.  This is a low budget, grassroots operation, so we don't need monetary contributions.
